Any communication received from the below email address is considered Legal communication and official between Immigration Circle and The client. Any email, documents, contract, or paper sent or received from any email except the below email. Immigration Circle takes no responsibility for such email.

Telecommunication Term

Immigration Circle has only one official number: 647-859-1300.

Any communication using whats app, text msg and phone call is considered Immigration Circle official communication. 

Retainer

Immigration Circle provides all the services only after completing and signing a retainer agreement. Retainer agreement establishes client and Immigration Circle relationship as client and RCIC. Therefore, we do not offer any Immigration Services without a retainer agreement. 

Payment

Immigration Circle DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. Accordingly, in any given circumstances, Immigration Circle does not receive cash from the clients. 

Immigration Circle always provides either e-transfer services to the client or RBC bank account details to wire transfer the fund into the account. NOTE: If you do not see Immigration Circle on your Bank account and It is not in RBC, you are not paying Immigration Circle. 

Immigration Circle provides the client with the fees receipt with the client’s name and the amount received from the clients with applicable taxes. 

Phone Recording

Immigration Circle understands the importance of client confidentiality and takes client privacy very seriously. 

The call recording of personal consultation without Immigration Circle consent and putting them in the public domain for public use or using them to damage the reputation of Immigration Circle, or modified, or spreading misinformation or using the phone recording for any such purpose is strictly prohibited.
